okiepastor, I am so sorry for your loss of Ernie. Your story brought tears to my eyes. There is no replacement for a loved one like that and the memories are things to cherish.

He was SO sad and forlorn when we got him---and turned into such a happy boy--
He looked SO FUNNY lying out there with all the 120 lb. LGDs. In his heart , I am sure he was that big!He is missed....

We definitely have to keep this UFO Challenge going for 2011. Do we just keep this thread going or should we start a new one? I have enough UFO's to keep me going to 2014 LOLOLOL

Here are two more charity quilts. The pics were done just before we tied them,I do not have a digital camera.
They are now finished and ready to go to their new homes for Xmas. The brown one did not photograph well--the color is a warm light brown--looks ugly in the photo!

Here is another--I made 5 or 6 like this, and 5 other prints. This is a pic of one of the group of 11 I sent for PL.

And more bite the dust...or should we say rise from the ashes of UFOville to become Finished Quilts. Great going. I took a few days vacation from quilting the UFO Christmas quilt to make a mug rug after seeing all those on the quilting board. I made them using one of the disappearing 4 patch blocks I saw here on the board. I used flannel, not batting in the middle. It is 8x11 3/4. Big enough for a dessert plate as well as mug and spoon. I guess I really should post the pics on the mug rug topic. Sorry.
