That's a great idea. And how sweet of you to think of her. Are you going to give it to her for Christmas?

Oh, I thought I had a lot ahead of me. I have 4 tops done and not quilted. AND I started another one yesterday. You have exceeded me -- 12 tops???!!!!! Perhaps my challenge could be to actually finish the one I began yesterday and then work toward finishing the others. BUUUUUUT -- I had wanted to start working on Christmas things and actually finish them.

That's a start. Getting that binding done will be so satisfiying and then on to bigger and better things, huh.

I think I amy have posted this already. But anyway, this is going to be a UFO I will be trying to get done. Its to be a Christmas gift for my girlfriend here in Raleigh that collects nativity sets.

I had trouble piecing the stars and ended up appliquing them instead. Thank heavens for fusibles!

Cant possibly do that when all the Holiday fabrics are out and must make Christmas quilts with it. UFOs will have to wait, again.

I'd love to join, but I'm too chicken! I have a huge UFO laying in the chair seat in plain sight..so I'll feel REALLY guilty. Its my quilt for my DH. Maybe I will try to get it done for Christmas..maybe...I might...

Sandpat, No pressure mind you, but I am sure your DH would LOVE to open a package on Dec 25 and see a quilt from his sweetie. Why not estimate how much work there is to do, and see how much it will take each day? I know this is a week earlier than the deadline for the rest who are joining in, but I have given quilts to Jim at Christmas, and our anniversary and you should have seen the big BIG smile and kiss I got.
