    What is the difference between a WIP and a UFO? When does the WIP become a UFO?

    A WIP is a project that you are still working on

    A UFO is a project that is put away, and not being worked on

    A WIP becomes a UFO when you are no longer working on it...

    Sometimes the UFOs and the WIPs are actually PIGS (Projects in Grocery Sacks) lol
