Oh I have the first middle one. But alas, wrong colors. I need a civil war green. This forum is great. Someone got me the directions that are easier to use on the half sq tri--and now an offer on fabric. How great this is! Thank you for the offer. I guess I should take a pic of the green I am using.

There is a program you can download for $14.95 called Print and Sew by Quilt Pro Systems. You can print pages of half square triangles any size from 1 to 7 inches in 1/8 inch increments like the thangle paper. Has saved me tons of time and money. Here's the link: http://www.quiltpro.com/page/Triangl...lf_mainpage%20

Our LQS just got the Thangles in in many sizes for $5 a pack. He was so excited and showing me the first quilt he made by himself with them. He was too funny.
I have not had to make as many HST's as you, but I can understand why you have burnout. Time to step away for awhile and come back refreshed.

I know what you mean Franie. I always make my HST a little bigger then cut them down too. It is alot of work but they come out perfect that way. I always forget to try something new but I used the link that Bernie posted & printed it off & will try it next time. Hope you find the fabric you are looking for.

For all who prefer to cut down to size there is a must have.
Quilt in a Day has a square up ruler that only requires ONE cut. It is my most important ruler.
How it works is you do not open the square once it is cut.
you place the ruler with the size you want line on the stitch line. Set it on one edge than cut the other edge. Done. It is wonderful. If you go to the website you can see it done.
It works on all sizes up to 6 1/2 in.
