Bonnie Hunter at Quiltville just posted a new scrappy quilt pattern called Unchained modelled on a vintage quilt. I think this will be my next scrappy quilt top! Who’s with me?

Too much else to be done but would love to do the vintage quilt, as Bonnies' totally scrappy makes me cross-eyed. I've plenty of scraps so maybe down the road a bit.

Perhaps you could start and host a Bonnie Hunter Quilt Along with no particular pattern required other than a BH pattern? I will be doing On Ringo Lake at some point early this year.

I'm with you Tartan. But first I want to finish her 2018 leader/ender Jewel Box Stars. Although it will definitely go on my to do list. I'll second the idea of starting a Bonnie Hunter Quilt Along .........

Oh heavens! That is a really scrappy quilt, even I don't have enough scraps for this one! Or do I?? After my last scrappy one (My Monster Sized Quilt) I'm wondering if I have the strength to even start this one. Maybe.....

It is a beautiful scrappy quilt. Too many small pieces for me to commit to.

Looks like something that could use up some of the huge stash of 2.5" squares I have. I'd go with a look more like the inspiration quilt though. I've used up the bulk of my neutral/light squares on other projects. I personally think that the scrappy "background" can muddle the design if those scraps have a lot of prints/colors in them.

Seems no matter how many scrap quilts I make, I still have way too many scraps around. Though right now I don't have a lot other than 2.5" squares, longer strips that are less than 2" wide, and a whole lot of triangles.
