My guess is that this is NOT a pattern per se, but rather a collection of various patterns that the quilter liked. Looks like a few billion pieces, very well executed.

If you can deal in little pieces, it would be fairly easy to blow up the pic, and chart out each round of blocks. Most rounds are fairly simple. The inner block and the mid-round pieces are more complicated.

Take the pic to a copier, blow up at least one quarter of it and chart it out on some good graph paper. Most of the rounds are fairly simple.
