    I think it's beautiful! You can have the strips going up and down, or across. You can add a border to get it to whatever size you want. I love it!

    I'd just say "I designed it myself." The colors are bright and cheerful and it looks good.

    If you want horizontal stripes just turn it the other way. LOL I agrre with the posters that said add a skinny border and a wider one. But first try to square it up a bit.

    There is absolutely nothing wrong with your quilt and for heaven's sake keep the ripper in the drawer! Just made two of these. I turned it with stripes horizontal, added a 1" black border and then a wider border. These are great!

    Don't rip, it looks good. I like what RUSewing said about finishing it. Haven't seen fabrics that nice in our Walmart.

    Wow! If you got batik jelly rolls at $5 each, that is a wonderful deal!! Even at 21 strips each.

    Yes. Walmart had them on clearance. only 2 batiks and something in pink and browns.
