Thanks everyone! I am excited to learn to use it. Hoping for sewing time tonight. I did try it a bit on Sunday before family came over - and had remarkably good luck! My sewing room will never be that clean again, lol. I have just swapped my grandbabies room with craft room, repainted and de-cluttered to be able to fit the machine in. I did have to give up some things I wanted, like a cutting table and ironing table, to make it fit but I think it will be worth it. I have a nice island in my kitchen I can cut on and I can use the portable ironing board as needed.
Hoping fun sewing days are ahead. My husband is easily impressed, he thinks I am doing good already, hahaha ....crazy man. At least he see my potential after shelling out so much money for a toy for me. I do feel lucky to be able to get this. I plan to retire in the next 5 years, wanted to buy it while I am working and have the money.

I have a Bailey 15" and love it. I used it as a table top machine for a couple of months while my frame trolley was being resized...I loved how it FMQ'd....can't say my quilting was any better though...lol

just a tiny bit jealous.... okay... really jealous but I am on the direct path of getting one of my own. Did you test drive a few before you made your final decision? what were the important components in making your decision?
