    I just use Niagra in the can. The trick is to give it a minute or two to soak into the fabric so that you don't get the white residue. Even if you buy the more expensive one that doesn't do the white residue, let it soak into the fabric or it still won't do what it should.

    I use best press. I find when I used spray starch my blocks would get distorted.

    Use liquid starch too. Spray over bathtub let the spray soak into the fabric then iron. ratio 1:8 parts water.
