How about boxer shorts in Valentine fabric? I have a friend with a son who lives in Alaska and for his birthday she made him boxer shorts using an Alexander Henry fabric that has lady lumberjacks and outdoorsy-type ladies on the fabric. It was a riot. She made some in the regular fabric and some in flannel.

Do you cross stitch? I made a simple "I Love You" with a heart on it using really pretty reds and metallics for my DH one year, put it in a frame, it wasn't big, less than 8x11, matted, he took it to work and kept it in his office until he retired! It's around here somewhere if you want me to send a picture.

I see you made him golf towels. If he plays golf, how about covers for his golf clubs. Sorry not very golf savvy to know what the exact name is.
