Does Connecting threads carry varigated thread and if they do why can't I find it? If they don't carry it where is the best place to get it? Also, does Joanns carry it? I will be going to town next month and could also check there.

Joanne's has a large selection of variegates and most online quilt stores also have it.

I couldn't believe it when you said you couldn't find the thread at connecting threads! I went to the site and I couldn't find it either. I do know JoAnn's carries it, as I just recently purchased some there.

They used to and don't seem to now. I sure wish they did. I love the set I got from them.

Hi, You can find verigated thread at the Quilted Fox in St. Louis, MO. This is a great shop and you can order on line or by phone.

I sent them a message this morning, and this was thier reply:

No, I'm sorry, we don't. They weren't up to our standards so we quit having them made. Maybe again at a later date.

Interesting. I'm wondering what kinds of problems they encountered. the ones I have work just fine, I haven't had any problems with them.

I get the most delicious STAR thread (variagated and standard) at Beverly's but it ain't cheap.

i have not had any issues with thier threads either, i love them, and they are affordable! the colors are just georgeous!
but they must of had complaints to remove them from thier site.
i use a coupon and get the verigated from Joanns..
