    Mariners Star ! WOW that's a doosie! I've never attempted it. Congrats to you.

    LUMPY? I've heard some quilters take a hammer to lumpy intersections. Give it a whack!

    Quilting is a lot of practice, practice, practice. While learning A technique, you'll either love it and use it again, or hate it and never touch it again in your quilting life....you may not even finish it because it's sooooo annoying.

    I'm sure other quilters can attest to the fact that they have UFOs of techniques that they hated while they were working on it and just left it for UNDONE! Right Gals?
