Default Very Old Quilt - Help!

Okay experts on this marvelous quilt board, can anyone help me with the name of this quilt pattern. My husband's Aunt gave it to his sister and she has no idea of the pattern and would like for me to make a label for it. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
