Wow, lots of cool projects on here. I'm trying not to take notes on any of them, I SO don't need any more ideas! I got a good start on the Hunters Star baby quilt, it might actually be done in time for the shower on the 23rd . I'll keep working on it and a couple other projects this week. Enjoyed quilting with all of you, see you next month!

I completed the binding on my AK Crossroad quilt, pinned 3 months on the temp quilt. Need to sew the sqs together now. I'm 1/2 way done going through my areas under the quilting table and closet. So far I have spent 2 days sorting and deciding if I want to keep things or not. I didn't realize how much yarn and clothes fabric I have. I guess I need to start sewing clothes and crocheting more. I can't believe 20+ years later and I still like the fabric. Oh well back to the sewing room and organizing. Have fun sewing/quilting everyone.

This AM the smoke was into the house. Couldn't find any current info on the fire. In the past yr any threat has been sent via phone with an unbelievable, you-can't-miss-it, ring tone. And we'd gotten nothing. So seemed there was nothing new worthy to report. Went to Fresno (1 hr drive). When we got back, the smoke was less. The fire is still burning but not as furious. There was nothing we could do about it, so the distraction that friends gave was welcome. Completed top for another mini quilt.

Trying to figure out how wide I should make the vertical border. This one has been evolving as I have been assembling it. Started today with the 8 fighters and the panel, I think it is getting to the size I want. I should be able to sew a little in the morning. Spent the evening watching some of the free Craftsy. Everybody's projects are looking good. See you in the morning.

Raggiemom- thanks for hosting again.
I am always inspired when I see all the cool things everyone is working on!
I didn't get as much done as I'd have liked, but only because I spent yesterday binge watching the free Craftsy classes LOL!
Looking forward to next month.
