Sarabela, just drop in the thread over the weekend and share what you've been working on. Hopefully the others here provide encouragement and inspiration. No hard commitments, sometimes I just look and don't get any sewing of my own done.

I am in! I am trying to finish SIX lap quilts for our Senior Center holiday gift project. I have all the tops pieced now, just quilting and binding to go! They are simple patterns, but need to get them done!

I have 5 quilts to sandwich, then quilt. So hope to be busy this weekend.

I will sew with you. I have to finish my QB mystery train ride quilt top. I only have 1 1/2 steps to finish. When that gets done I will start quilting on my brother's motorcycle quilt. I will start sewing tomorrow afternoon, after I get back from a local quilt show with a few friends. Happy sewing everyone.

I am going to try to get some sewing done this weekend, but since I just got over a bout of cold/cough that lasted through the last 2 weekends, I also need to catch up on some house cleaning too

Just checking in--glad to see there are lots of you quilting and sewing this weekend. My parents are leaving Monday morning so after I do some picking up and laundry, hopefully I can squeeze in a few hours later in the afternoon. I'll pop back in tomorrow. Love reading about what everyone is working on and seeing the pictures

Sounds like everyone's got great projects going. Good luck sbizgirl on your craft show!
I have 2 projects for the weekend; right now selecting pieces for a BD gift--a flag for Dutch SIL's DM's 80th BD--will have 32 red, 16 white, and 32 blue charms in an 8 x6 mini. Other project is a comfort quilt (52 square for cousin just diagnosed with lung cancer) Have the center done and am cutting the second border.

I'm organizing my quilting stuff, practicing FMQ while taking the Leah Day course on Craftsy and working on a quilt for my sister. It is just large blocks. I am going to do a grid quilting on it.

I'm working on a small wall-hanging. Here a few of the blocks. I'm hoping to quilt the negative space this weekend.
