Very pretty.... very "Zen" feel. I really like them.

Spent 2 1/2 hours at JoAnns today....40 minutes at the cutting counter. It was BUSY !!!! But nice to see so many people "making" things. Did manage to get #1 of 4 "place mat of the month" almost completed...So i feel like i really accomplished some things today. Don't have Monday off so will have to try to really push it tomorrow as i would like to finish all 4 place mats.

All of the pictures are amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Coventry such a fun gift! Thanks for all the pictures, I'm slowly getting a few minutes in for sewing. and now on to the black bias leading.

You are all working on great projects! I was feeling sorry for myself about not joining in and then realized I did join -- I'm working on a hand appliqued project -- bought the kit for 1/2 price at the quilt shop. I've been looking at it for a year when it went half off I grabbed it. I'm starting on block 3 out of 25.

So many great projects being worked on! This is my first virtual quilt weekend participation. I made a thread catcher today, from this blog: http://sallysaidsew.blogspot.com/201...tcher-bag.html The only thing I did differently is not make the pin cushion part an actual pin cushion, I just sewed batting on either sides as I was using a couple leftover tiles as a weight and just wanted a soft top to lay scissors and a seam ripper on.
