Default Virtual Quilting anyone?? To hot to play outside.

I am going to work on my butterfly quilt. I have everything laid out on the livingroom floor when my daughter inlaw called to see if I can dogsit...of course...good thing I have a sewing room. I just finished laying it out on the floor in there..it fits...Yah...hotter than the livingroom as the AC does not work well in the sewing room but I did dig out a fan. I will take pictures once I finish cutting out the white material blocks. I have changed my mind so many times while designing this..the white blocks were my husbands idea. he loves to have input on my quilts..LOL wish he would like and help cut the fabric. Can't wait to see how this comes out. No idea who I am giving this to or how big it will end up. Happy quilting everyone!!

picture of the layout...had to pile a few rows on top of each other so I do not roll on the blocks while i sew...only 14 more white blocks finish cutting...sewing them as I cut.

i'm soooooo tired of this summer!!! I'm tired of the constant, hot and humid temps!! There's something different when I'm holed up in the winter....

Your butterflies are cute! It's is supposed to be the hottest day today in Seattle so far this year... Time to take kids to a swimming pool, then maybe I can join you with some quilting later today
