I got my three quilts done in time for our Christmas. I really like that pattern you are using Quiltah Mama. I have two days Wonder how far I would get with that one.

Oh, I wish. The test I had gave a really comprehensive panel listing the degree of sensitivity to several hundred items. I have a sensitivity to many.

The lady at the beauty shop is the one who suggested that I get this panel on food sensitivity done. That lady is very sensitive to several things and I am only slightly sensitive. It ranges from and 1 to 9. I have a few 3's. The other lady cut out all the ones that were high and lost lots of weight. I cut mine out and lost nothing. But I saw her the other day and her face had plumped out badly. She's eating something that is causing inflamation.

Yes, it will. My symptoms are rather unusual. Sleeplessness which is usually a secondary symptom (as in celiacs) is my primary symptom. I also have skin problems. Itchy, rashiness which is also usually a secondary symptom and only have digestive issues occasionally. I have noticed that some soreness I had in my arm and hand that I felt sure was caused by inflammation has cleared up with this diet and also my skin. Its a very one day at a time type of treatment.

Grandsons loved their quilts. Three to do either by their birthdays or Christmas. April August and December. Might be doable. Thank you for the link to the pattern. Love it, and I have material here so I can start it.
