Thanks for hosting, it is just 3:30 ish here so will keep stitching. I finished the machine quilting and attached the binding so I am sitting here in front of a fan, hand stitching it to the back, my favourite part!

I didn't get much machine sewing done today, but I was able to press both the front and back on Enchanted Mesa and snipped all loose threads. It's in the package to send to Brenda tomorrow, sorry no pictures until it is released. I worked on my DH GFG last night and will work on it again tonight while we watch the Chosen.

Heather thank you for the VQW it was fun. Aashley333 you have way more patience than I for all those small squares!

Rif1010 Isn't it great to clear the plate of to-do's!

Sync - I just looked today while I was doing some cleanup on the USB sticks, my GFG is over 12 years so I hope to be done next year. Hexie's are fun but they do go on forever.

    See everyone next VQW

Aashley333 I love what you're doing. Where did you find you're pattern and what is it called please. I didn't join in this time as I've been working on UFOs and now ready to start something new

Great to see all the progress. I was able to get all the blocks made, finishing up just now. Bonus Saturday I made an impromptu pillow for a friend!

this is the site that I purchased the pattern.

I have purchased patterns from Awesome Pattern Studio also.
I pay, then download the pattern.
I purchase the individual colors of cross stitch threads in order to better match the fabrics!

I got a little further along on The Thing, but alas! Not finished. I looked at the two blocks for the sampler quilt. Does that count?

I am doing my best not to whine here. I had hip replacement surgery last week and was sure I could get into the sewing room this weekend for some simple piecing. Nope, did not even enter the room to gaze at the WIP waiting for me. So I am extending my weekend by one day because I am feeling much better and more myself. My plan is to get my QST done today for my group's mystery quilt.

Although this month's group seemed a smaller, it was a pleasure to see progress and hear about pineapple blocks, hexies and PL finishes. Yeah!

I got my pineapple together this morning. Not sure what the backing will be. I may just piece together the odd whites I have
