WMUTeach, wishing you happy trails on your hip replacement. When I was down with knee replacements, I discovered that adult coloring pages are relaxing. I scanned some pages into Spoonflower to make fabric out of them. I must warn you, it is addicting.

Aashley333, my daughter colored mountains of adult coloring pages and books during a rough patch in her life. It was good relaxing therapy for her. I never thought about that for myself. Good idea.
