Geevee....tote is looking good and really pretty artwork. I really love the bowl...would look perfect in my new sewing room...jus saying...lol..

Ice...congrats on the new baby on the way....and Happy Birthday a couple of days early. That restaurant sounds like fun..

army...I really like the colors used in this pattern. As a new Idaho resident, I'll need to track down that pattern..

i got side tracked and only completed two of the four blocks for this week....but they are really simple applique shapes so should knock out the rest later this week. Just need to sew them down. I'm going to trim to size and sew rows as I go...

Oh Teen, those are so pretty! LOL about the bowl, but I have a spot all picked out for it.

Armybandvet - that is so cool, just how many little pieces of fabric are in that?

This was such a fun VQW, thanks for hosting Raggiemom!

It's Idaho Square Dance from Bonnie Hunter's book Addicted to Scraps. I added rows to mine to get it to a large king size.

Just love seeing everyone’s projects! Wish I could have joined, but yard work with cooler weather took front and center this long weekend. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone’s completed projects, I’m always amazed at how much everyone gets done, I’m such a slow quilter!

Didn't feel that great today so decided not to do any quilting, but that gave me time to finish up my mini floppies.

I redid the dark purple one, the more I looked at it, the less I liked it. Now it's fine.

Here's what I managed to sew into a top this VQW

This is Wonky Wishes - took a class with Bonnie Hunter in March and since I had just made a couple of hers, I decided to supersize the blocks. Crazy scrappy!

    Default Reality check

Well today ended up being a much needed whole house cleaning as well as laundry and making us a nice lunch. So it goes. The borders are done on the half square triangle quilt, and piecing the back is next. That very colorful quilt is just me playing around with decorative stitches and attempting raw edge applique for the first time. If I finish it, it's going to be *quite* bright!

Everyone's projects look so wonderful! It's been fun following along.

Here are where mine ended for the weekend.

    The wolf is finished!

The star I only got the quarters done, I'm liking the yellow more as it hangs around. Hoping to finish by the end of the week.
