Susie--you must be having so much fun knitting a "little" thing for your granddaughter. I just love grey, pink, and white together. So excited for you!! Soon I'll be making a quilt for our third grandbaby when we find out if it's a boy or girl.

Here's my project for the weekend. It's from a tutorial on MSQC for a pattern by the 3 Dudes called "Amazing Jelly Roll Quilt." I have all the blocks sewn and a first rendition of a layout on my design wall.

If you would like to offer suggestions of changes, I'm all for it (except ripping out anything--LOL). This is a donation quilt for a teen girl. Blocks are 10.5" unfinished.

Time to stop lurking and time to join in the fun. Off, in just a couple of hours, to my guild Saturday workday. I will be taking three potential finishes or at least serious progress. One is a blue scrappy quilt that uses lots of half square triangles and four patches. Just need to get more small blocks put into large blocks that then make larger blocks (Mystery Train #20). Second, connect rows of hand patched squares into rows and then rows together. Third, finish a R,W,B block of the week (Quilt Police) that is finished but needs the final row to be attached. Looks like a UFO kind of week-end for me.

Zozee, I have the feeling you're going to end up with a whole slew of grands! My oldest doesn't want kids and my youngest and his wife are having trouble conceiving. So we may just end up with 2 but I'll take them!

    Wow, so many great projects.

    Mary - I love the little 9P's

Zozee - that's beautiful. I love it and I'm sure she will, too.

Susie - That's such a cute little sweater. It makes me want to learn to knit.

I FMQ a few more columns on the sunflower quilt yesterday. It's very batting so it's hard on my hands. I may need to change my batting purchases on future quilts.
