Thanks Rebecca S., that was my feeling too. I'm going to remove that section and go with the 40" x 40" size.

Nearly done! I finished the last of the blocks and now only have one more row of sashing and the borders left. The top row isn't sewn on yet, but I couldn't wait to lay it out on my "design bed" Thanks for looking!

Have been under the weather so have slept a lot this weekend but ripped out a block from Pat Sloan's Solstice challenge last night (using my new Tula Pink surgical seam ripper lol) and did a re-sew to make it exactly 12 1/2 inches. Today's plan is to sew this week's block and work on a quilt I already had started.

Fabulous EP quilt, NZQuilter! I have loved your fabrics and rounded motifs since you first showed your changes to the design. Yours is one of the prettiest I've seen, if not THE prettiest.

Everyone has so much accomplished. I got my strip sets sewed and blades cut for a checkered Dresden. That is about as far as I got so far. Maybe I can get a little more done this evening
