Oh goody, I've missed the last couple of these. I have a quilting friend coming over tomorrow, so might get some stuff done then. I have 4 quilts that must be bound before Wednesday, a paper pieced giraffe that I really should finish, and if I decide I have time to put my own project through the long arm this weekend, I have tons to choose from. Of course, quilting with my friend I might just decide to pull out my bag of retreat projects and work on that instead

What is involved in a virtual quilting weekend? I'll be quilting all weekend.

Rob, it's essentially a virtual retreat; you're working on a project and chatting occasionally and maybe showing pictures of your progress.

I had t work on Thursday (a late shift), but I was quilting this afternoon and evening! I think I shouldn't show a picture yet as I made a mug rug for the March swap. It's finished now!

    Yea!!!!
I was just thinking that it will be soooo long until the next VQW. I have been working already and did not know I was at the retreat!. DH is gone until tomorrow night so its lots of sewing, I just finished my first fidget quilt, it's in the wash to make sure everything is good to donate.

After dinner I will be working on finishing the memory quilts I have been working on since our last retreat.

I do have one of the 8 ready for quilting.

I have Boy Scout patches to sew on when they are quilted. Then if I still have time I will work on more fidget quilts. I also need to do some baking tomorrow or early Sunday for a bake sale on Sunday at the VFW Bull Head Feed.

Oh, I will bring them to be quilted, so that is not part of the weekend.

I'd love to join, but tomorrow I will be out of the city all day. I really need to find time to quilt, I miss my sewing machine

I will try to get something done on Sunday afternoon, even if it's only the cutting...

Good luck with your projects, I will love to see your progress!
