I love everyone's projects. Quilting on a holiday weekend is awesome. I had these sweet cat panels I finally quilted and bound to hang up on the wall.

One more. I just pulled my second rag quilt from the dryer. I used this cute fabric. It's called "Arctic Antics" by Debbie Mumm. I started this quilt this past Sunday and it's done already. Rag quilts are fun to make.

Here it is all washed and fluffly.

I wanted to quilt a few of my top this weekend, as part of the VQW, but I had no spare bobbins to wind for any of the big tops I wanted to do. So instead I took 4 of my little quilts, joined the backings together, and quilted them all up quickly using up bits and ends of bobbins. Mission accomplished - 4 tops off my "to be quilted" pile, and 8 empty bobbins all ready for my next quilt. I guess tomorrow's task will be binding all of these.

We can always count on you Heather to get us motivated and moving on these weekends. I have SOOOOO many projects in the works and to be started. Hoped to sew today, but things went crosswise and i didn't get anything done - have all the pieces cut for a maple leaf block swap --- so that is first on my list tomorrow.
    LOVE the fox and friends....
Macybaby.....the blue, yellow, red, black quilt closest to front of the picture....can we see that one opened up...i'm dying of curiosity here.
    Great kitty panels !!

I just finished 4 quilts this week, I don't know if I'll do any sewing this weekend. First time all summer me and hubby have had 3 days together all summer. We're going to have some fun. Not that sewing isn't fun, but not so much for him. I may sew if he takes a nap. haha

I'm in. Don't have too much time as I need to get sorted for going on holiday next week. But I want to make two placemats and then I have some hand quilting and blocks to be sewn together so I will do whatever appeals the most.

Finish "For God so Loved the World" quilt top, quilt three and put binding on - don't know if I will finish down binding - having back surgery 9/15 and can work on that then. Have 2 more quilt tops to start.

I will be joining later today and later tomorrow, today I have to bath my Schnauzer and tomorrow, after we have both had a time out, I will clip her. Then I can work on donations for an auction next weekend.

After cleaning and decorating my dinning room for fall, I will be quilting a baby quilt for a friend.

I'm getting ready for church bazaar in November, will have embroidery machine humming along while I try to finish a baby quilt using only what I have on hand. I have a ruler that has gone MIA and it would help greatly if it would decide to come back!!
