Nice to see all the great work going on this long weekend.

Jan, I hope you heal quickly from both your cut and having to move yet again.

I am working on a mini quilt and will post pictures Monday. I picked out the fabrics today and made two blocks as a test to see if I will like it. So far so good.

I enjoy seeing all of the lovely projects everyone has been working on. Another month of great projects.

I Plan to quilt most of tomorrow. I'll put on binding on guild quilt. Then sew DH buttons on his pants, then work on 2 1/2" log cabin blocks. At least get 1/3 of them done. I only have 72 blocks to make total. The following 2 days I plan to quilt a Royals quilt top. If I have time on my 3 days off, I will work on 2 table toppers.

Quiltngolfer, sorry your husband couldn't be here to celebrate your 50th anniversary with you. It's lovely that he is still just as much in your heart. Big hugs to you!

Love the red and white runner! Also all of Dottie's blocks, esp. the pencils. I love to see everyone's pictures.

Dealing with Hurricane Hermine here at home. I did make a quick quilt top on Thursday, but power was out on Friday and internet has been out until today.

Here's my shabby chic flowery quilt top make with 49 - 10" squares that I bought from an ebay seller.

Condolences to both of you. Quiltngolfer, I'm glad your family took such good care of you on your anniversary.
I've made some great progress on my baby quilt. Hoping to have it sandwiched by tonight. It felt good to just shut the door and work on it!

A good Labor Day to everyone.

I will be working on this mini for the next month. So many pieces and keeping the pattern organized. Each block is a little different so I have to take my time.

Two blocks, each is about 2.5" sq.

What pretty calicoes, Irishgal. Hope the storm didn't do to much damage to your place.
