I'm in with my 480HST christmas top. Hopefully can learn to post pictures (powering up my tablet as we speak). Will get it sandwiched and maybe even start the quilting. But first turkey and guests. See you later tonight.

I'm in! Thanks for hosting again, Raggiemom. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I chose not to go out of town for Thanksgiving today so I will be sewing as much as my body allows me too! Lol!

    Great pictures of projects!

    My goals for today:

    1. Clean off my cutting area. I'm at the point of just putting it in a box to sort later.

    2. Cut and sew more blocks for one of my UFO's.

    3. I have a couple of leader/ender projects that I will be sewing as I work on goal 2.

    4. Move my serger downstairs.

    5. Hopefully cheer the Vikings on to a win while I'm organizing/sewing today!

I'm in. Don't know how much I'll get done since we have out-of-town guests till Sunday and 14 (counting us) for dinner today, but will definitely spend time checking in to see what everyone's doing. My goals if I manage to get anything done are:
    1. clean up my studio spaces so I can get to my cutting board and sewing machines.
    2. work on a UFO that I'm a little stuck on how I want to finish.
    3. Figure out what I'm making for Christmas presents for my barn friends--I need to come up with 6 presents. I've done placemats, potholders, and crocheted scarves in the past, so those are out. Ideas anyone? Mug rugs????? It needs to be something quick since our get-together to exchange gifts is Dec. 12.

Happy sewing everyone and for those in the USA Happy Thanksgiving.

I got off work a bit early yesterday and don't have to be back to work until Monday! So lots of sewing time!

I'm working on the borders of the OMG quilt I've worked on the last two VQW - hopefully I'll have it to "floppy" stage soon.

I am happy to report that I finished the quilting on the giraffe baby quilt! Still in the learning phase of FMQing with my sitdown Sweet 16 so I tried lots of different motifs - continuous curves, loops, stippling, free motion ribbons, bows and flowers, waves etc.

I've got the border figured out and ready to sew together.

I've been up since 4am, so I'm going to quit for the night and go read a book. Tomorrow I'll need to get it sewn together before I start anything new - I've got the border spread all over!
