    Default Voyager SLR

I have a Voyager SLR and am having problems with it. I don't have any mechanical sense at all, so I am having a problem and don't know how to fix it. When I go slow the stitch gets tiny. Shouldn't the stitch stay the same length no matter what speed I go? If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate some help with this. Ann

I don't have any specific information about the Voyager SLR, but with most stitch regulators there is an "on" mode and an "off" mode. Be sure yours is "on". Also there must be sensors somewhere on the moving part of the frame that keep track of the speed with which the head is being moved. Be sure these are attached correctly and are clean. If you watch the sensors while you move the head, you may be able to tell whether they are moving smoothly. Hope this helps.
