Default walking foot for Viking Sapphire 875Q

I just bought a used Viking Sapphire 875Q machine. It did not come with a walking foot and I can not find one anywhere on line. Does anyone known the part number or a source?

    Thanks,
    Sharon

You should be able to get one from any Viking Dealer, if you do not have one where you are you can call 1-605-355-0178 it is Quilt Connection in Rapid City, SD and you can do a phone order and they will mail it out to you. If they don't have it in stock will order too, but that is a very common foot should so have it. Just tell them what machine you want it for. Have fun with your machine.

The 2nd one is crazy expensive, but it has the snap on feet (the snap in stitch-in-the-dich foot is great). Shop around though. I got mine much less than that at a local shop when they had a 40% off sale. At least these will give you the Viking part number to search. Try ebay also.

I believe the second one though is the correct one for the Sapphire 875. At QC it will be a little more than that price, if I remember right about 204. . But you can also eventually purchase a 1/4" foot, stitch in Ditch, and a totally of three others that will work with it.( sorry can't remember them all at the moment). If it helps the Viking machine will have a number that you feet are compatible to it. The Shapphire 875 I am pretty sure is a 7. If you received manual with it , it should tell you that too. Hope this helps

You are right about the price on the 2nd site, $179 seems like too much. The first site does not state that is will work on a Sapphire 875, and the part number is different - I assume that the part number should be the same regardless of the store. Thanks for your help

You could also go to the Husqvarna Viking Site and find a dealer closer to where you are. I do not think you will be able to find a non viking one that will work, (hate to be a bearer of bad news) . If you do that would be great to know. Maybe ebay, We have sold many of the Saphire 875 at QC and had never heard of a non Viking one working, but as for all things there can be a first. Good Luck in your search, and have fun with your machine.

I don't think you will find a generic walking foot that will work with the Sapphire...
Got the Husqvarna Viking website to find a dealer...it is going to be a pricey foot...after all, this machine is near the top of the line of machines. But the right foot is going to give you the look you want....

I have the same machine and I bought the walking foot with the two different feet - it was well worth it - I use mine a lot - I purchased mine at the dealer and I think it was over $ 100 - I would do an online search - I am sure you could get it on sale.

I just looked up my part # - I still have the box - here it is: 920219-096 - this is for the Interchangeable dual feed walking foot. I have the 875Q also. Good luck.

    Hi,
This is a wonderful foot to have. Here's a new one on ebay for reasonable price.

I really like the stitch in the ditch foot to go with this.

    Enjoy!
