On one of my Halloween wall hangings, I sewed three tabs to the back and used a big decorative button on the front to make it look like it's removable.

Some ideas here I'd never thought of. Love the command strip with magnets. Also like the crescent #2, so can hang with just 1 hook/nail in wall. Think I'll try this. Then a curtain rod could be used.

What I've been doing for wall hangings is to make the rod pocket 2" wide, ending 1" from either end. Then using a 1x1/4" stick, drill a hole on each end 1/2" from each end. A small headless nail will slip through the hole.

This is my favorite method, with the sleeve shaped like a "D" on the back, which ensures the quilt will hang with no bulges.
