I agree with Susan.... the quality, price and selection is GREAT!

I told him he was unfair to us the customers, unfair to the kid trying to fill in and unfair to Wal-Mart. We could very easily have told her a yard was 60 inches or 72 inches or whatever we wanted if we were dishonest. It was bad for the girl, becaue she was frustrated beyond belief. And it took us, the customers, about 5 times the time we'd normally have spent in line.
What surprised me the other day, I got a gal in Jo-ann's who didn't know how to cut a third of a yard. She almost cut 2/3 until I stopped her. Adn of course, she had no idea that 1/3 of a yard was .3333

Our Walmart in the boonies of Pa never got rid of their fabric department although the workers say it is going to happen. I doubt it - it is the only fabric available in a wide area. I guess our complaints to Walmart finally are getting results.
