There is no reason to be rude. Not everyone can afford $10 a yard fabric and love to quilt.
Some of their fabric is great.... you must feel the fabric!

that's right! i always check out walmart first. i have found qs quality at $2.oo/yd. and i know my stuff, which helps me get the best for less. so no need for snobbiness, or feeling ashamed to shop anywhere. we all use what works for us. the quilt police were banned from this site, i do believe.

My friend (she has a long arm quilting machine) and quilts for a lot of us Oregonians, checks out thrift stores for some of her materials, and makes beautiful quilts, so it is not how much a person pays for materials. It is putting them together in the right patterns.

We have three WalMarts in the same county and all of them have fabric. They are about 16 miles apart from each other and have been like that for about 10 years.
competition against themselves?

Would you please name them, so we can add them to the list?
