    W&N still has bits of bark in it but it was much worse in the late 80s. When Hobbs 80/20 came out, i was delighted to have clean batting that added a little puff to my quilting. Never had one problem with the batting except for have to run it thru a dryer with with a wet towel when removing it from the tight packaging due to wrinkles.
