and I have been filling time in with baby quilts to keep my little gr grand son warm...LOL
Not sure what I want to do with the Warm Wishes

Beautiful quilts. For a border I would use dark. To me a dark border closes the pattern, where a light border doesn't close the quilt. But that's just my opinion.

What a lucky grandchild. Lots of options to snuggle under and keep warm. As for the border on the Hunter's Star, I would make a thin dark border and then a thicker light colored one.

I would do a dark border...doesn't show soil as fast and besides I think dark would be prettier on your beautiful Hunter's Star!

Depending on the border size you want, I would use the lighter for an inside border and the darker fabric for the outside border. Most of my Warm Wishes I don't put a border on.

What cute baby quilts! I love how the animals are looking down at the sail boat in the block below them. Your green and white is just sweet, so delicate. And the blue and white one, with a bit of red, looks so comfortable. All are great. Your Hunter's Star quilt is beautiful, and so is your Warm Wishes.

You do good stuff! As for borders, I'd go with dark for the Hunter's Star and I'd probably put that green as the last border in your Warm Wishes.

Lovely quilts. I think a dark border on the Hunters Star would look very good.

I would go dark like others have stated and btw it's beautiful. Also the baby quilts are adorable. Did you use Deb Tucker's Rapid Fire ruler and if so what size?
