Yes, I have had colors bleed into each other.
That is why I am a fanatic about pre-washing fabrics now.
There are a gazillion posts about washing fabric on this forum.

Once I did make the mistake of washing a dark green print with a print that was mostly white. It bled and left spots on my white, which was a large piece of yardage (and the other was just about a FQ!)
So now I'm very careful about washing like colors together, and using the color catchers previously described.
I washed the white several times and most of the bled-on dye came out, but I ended up using them to make my hubby some PJ pants, since he needed some and isn't picky. No one ever sees the few stains that remained.
