I like the Waverly fabrics! I make a lot of donation quilts, the price is perfect and I haven’t had any pre-wash bleeding.
I also find that no matter which brand you use, the weave varies from lot to lot....just like the colors

Moda changed the thread count and got so many complaints they changed back. This was about some years back. Some shops may still have the lower thread count Moda if their inventory.
