I got them because I have a wrist problem and have to wear a splint when I FMQ. I have to put the splint over the gloves, which means I have to remove the splint to remove the gloves when I want to do something fine, such as threading the needle. For me, the bats solve the problem. I prefer the gloves, but since I have no choice about the splint, I've made this accommodation.

I am intregided by the concept....will make my own from some kids foam.....Sometimes gloves are not an option....
