    I think prairie points would really dress it up. I don't see prairie points much any more, but I love them. I think a solid color for the prairie points would look great.

    I would do maybe a 1/2 inch of the blue then finish with the random 2 inch squares. Very nice!!! Can't wait to see what you decide!

    When I read your first post, this is what came to mind immediately. You have all those 2 in. squares, so use them alternately with white squares. I love this type of border. I see Karen J. has also recommended this pattern for the border.

    I think the blue one. The other two seem too light to "contain" the vibrant center.
