In the past I may have used one inch squares, but these days, the smallest I keep is 1-1/2" cut...which would finish 1''....that is small enough for me now...love the mini trip around the world quilt!!

sew them together and make larger squares. Lots of old quilts used very small squares and pieces.

What type of cutter do you have? Those are very interesting dies.

I admire anyone having the patience to deal with such tiny pieces. The photos are all very nice.

Thanks for sending pictures I can now visualize one inchies in a quilt!

The other suggestion about confetti is also a good one except I hate to waste fabric LOL!
You're welcome. I'm like you I hate to waste fabric. I have another also have these 3 I have done. Every time I sew these little babies I learn something new

I have an Accuquilt Studio die cutter. I love it! At some point I'll offer some cuts for sale. I'm organizing right now..

Ok - I sometimes have trouble matching seams with my 3 inch squares. At least 1 inch squares I'd have an excuse for mismatched seams:)
