most is red/pinks, least is purples. It's not that I don't like purple, it just not "speak" to me in the fabric store so I'm not attracted to it when I buying for fun. I make a point of trying to pick out purples, and I still only have one shelf of them.

this is tough for me bc I have a bit of fabric but I'll try and guess.
I bet six weeks from now I'll have a much better idea bc I am selling
some of it.
I have a lot of PIMS...my own acronym for Projects in Mind, lol!
Dreams, things i want to create etc.
Ok, so my guess for most is: green, bc it goes with everything and I do
love florals and appliques.
Next guess will be red. I love most kinds of reds and every red or any
color in the right combination.
There is not a color I do not like.
I think I probably have somewhere in the same neighborhood of pinks,
blues, rusts, yellows and purples and blacks.
Might have slightly more orange than the others and I love purple but
I only have one dgd that really Loves deep purple.
She'll be getting a wolf quilt with purple borders. shhh!
Last two are probably brown and gray bc family is not into them but
I do like them and will be using them in some of my quilts.
I love cottagey and shirtings but I don't have huge amounts of them.
Just huge dreams!
I have lots of florals.
I went gonzo on those before I became enamored on all the other
prints etc.
Love christmas fabrics but after I make family some I will be paring
down on what's left. After dh and I get one too, lol.
Got grands stuff on my list after i get some long sleeved shirts turned
short sleeve for dh.
An applique is first and i can't wait.

this year i bought very little (by my standards). I did make an effort to buy torquoise, maybe 6 yds, and it's all used.

The Quilted Cottage

Blues, greens and yellows are my favs, but I have just about every color because I love most all of them. And cottagey florals. Much like my home, inside and out. Not much black or gray. No pink but occasionally buy some if asked specifically for it in a quilt.

I'm surprised the blue lovers don't like/use orange. It's the complement color of blue and can really make it pop. Not a lot is needed to add a spark to a quilt.

My personal favourites are the warm tones, reds, goldz...but since l use these the most, l'm left with the cool blues and purply tones,lol.
