    I would use multiple bright colors too. Make it show!

    I love the idea of yellow. I think it would look great against the black. Yellow always pops in a quilt. It's so funny Jan in Va, I looked all over town for Sulky 12 wt. Who knew I could purchase it from them. I will know next time thanks to you!

    I use Superior Sew Sassy thread size 8 for big stitching. The whole set of colors ($279.30) were on sale for $65 not long ago. I posted the sale but got pms saying it was too thick to piece with, well yeah, it is for big stitching, redwork, hand embroidery and embellishing. https://www.superiorthreads.com/shop...nd=Sew%20Sassy

    I made a bright quilt like this and used bright colors to quilt it. Very pleased with the results
