    Hi,

I thought this would be a cool thread to find out what we buy for our quilting and sewing addiction.

I went to Joann's Fabric today and used my 50% coupon and bought a pair of those Fiskars snippers for rag quilts. Also bought a yard of white fabric to see if I can make those siggie blocks for the swap here on this board.

Also stopped by Meijer and purchased 1 quilt magazine and 1 sewing magazine!

So hubby said that was my belated Valentines gifts, that is fine with me! ha ha

Since you asked, I happened to buy two Go Diego Go panels to make pillows for my two little grandsons. They are getting Diego jammies, too, but I had to order that fabric online as I couldn't find it here.

I also bought some tracing paper for marking darts in a top I'm making for me, and a 200 pack of quilting 'straight' pins on sale for 50% off.

Yesterday I bought 4 1/2 yds backing fabric, a 12 1/2 inch square, a snowball design book and thread. Stayed at home today, but tomorrow........ :D

I NEED border fabric for 2 quilt tops, more backing fabric, and am looking at patterns tonight to pick my next project.

I bought a 14" square rotating cutting mat at Joann's which was on sale, plus I had a 20% coupon. It came to about $16 with tax.

    Shhhh...don't tell! ;)

I bought 17 yards of ribbon (all I could find needed more) a yard and a half of Thomas the Train fabric, a yard of Tinkerbell fabric, and 14 bath towels. oh and a fat quarter.

I think I am going to use the Thomas the Train fabric for the backing on a Salina Yoon activity quilt train set thing that I am making for my middle ones birthday. Tinkerbell will one day turn into fussy cut centers for a wonky log cabin. oh and the list gets longer! lol
