I have seen so many wonderful dwr quilts on this board. I was just wondering what you used for your background?
If it was muslin, can you tell me what brand?
If you used a solid cotton. Can you tell me that brand?
I am in the process of making a dear jane with chocolate kona cotton and I dont really care for it.. but I do not want to stop using it and start over either.
A wonderful lady at work gave me a whole bunch of fabric and I have been using it to practice my applique so I am making a scrappy quilt to.
I would really like to make a DWR also.. but it will definately be a heirloom like the dear jane..
I really dont want to use Kona cotton
What about Kona Muslin or Moda muslin.. Which do you like best?
Can you tell I get board easily.. I like to keep variety in my quilting.. LOL

Some of the Wal-marts have a Premium Muslin which is very good quality. I can't find it at mine but the next town over has it.

I would use either premium muslin or Moda Bella in white, cream or natural. :)

I'm using white muslin. I don't know the brand. I bought yards and yards of it years ago. I like the white muslin because it is more traditional.
