live in an apartment with VERY thin walls so no sewing for me when I can't sleep. I read until sleepy. have read a lot of books living in this little place! very noisy neighbors!

I flip on the TV to something with a dark background and eventually fall back to sleep. Then I wake up again and turn the TV off and go back to sleep!

I take a zanax!! LOL I have Ra So I have a lot of thoes nights.
I use to sew before but them got my days and nights mixed up.

I have a terrible problemm of not sleeping. My mind gets too busy or my body hurts too much. I watch a lot of TV for that. I think about my family and pray for them. I wish I could sew while I could not sleep I would get a lot done but I cannot concentrate on it/

Well, there was an insomniac period in my life but that has passed. I do wake up too early sometimes and stay awake. That is why I am Here now but I am going back to sleep now. later folks. Need more sleep
