What do you do with fabric that won't stop bleeding?

This is what I would do. I have a dark navy piece that I've washed twice with color catchers and it still bleeds
so I think I'll cut into large squares and use it to practice my attempts at FMQ. Thanks for the idea.

I bought 10 yards of a red fabric for a quilt back. I washed it several times with color catchers and it still bled. I shelved it and when I have time, I will used it (for front and back) of a comforter that I will tie. Never wash it with anything else. Big, big mistake buying 10 yards of red fabric.
