I can understand the burn out. I am working on 10 flannel charity quilts - and I am bored. What I do, is when I cannot stand to see another piece of flannel I grab my crumb bin and start crumming. It makes me smile because I never know what little delight I will be cutting out of my random piecing. Scrapping and crumming are fun!!!

I do just what you are doing. If one calls to me I have only to do it. The burned out sensation goes away all by its self.
