    I can identily with you.......when I sewed costumes for Shakespeare I listened to Camelot; for Oklahoma I listened to its score; for Smoke of the Mountain I listened to old time hymns. etc. Sure gets me in the mood. :)

    BBC 4 is very interesting! It comes free on my computer 24 hours a day live from England. Just ask GOOGLE for BBC 4. Sometimes it will ask to install a free player, but usually it works with the already installed player.
    I just love the shipping weather forcast! If any of you have ever seen the PBS series "As Time Goes By" you will know what it is! LOL

    Country music or a movie ......sometimes we watch and listen to one of the 30 or so dvds on quilting we have ... our favs are the Elenor Burnes ones ........

    When our daughter was in college in Stirling, Scotland and when our son taught at Imperial college, London we listened and watched BBC. We still tune in. I always liked the weather reports where they told about "an odd spot of mist". :)

    I have NPR on all day. . . gives me a variety of subjects, and most of the time, I know the news of the day before 5 p.m.!

    I kind of listen to gospel. country music, sometimes Elvis, mostly just background sounds.

    The machine is in my shop with limited CDs, so its usually silence or Bruce Hornsby.
