Have we discussed whether we should eat domestic chocolate or imported chocolate? I think a discussion on what brand of chocolate would be pretty controversial.

I think chocolate in the sewing room or not could get pretty controversial too.

Of couse most of these fall into the same category as the big three:
    Mac vs pc
    Nikon vs Canon. And
    Mayonnaise vs Miracle Whip.

Nobody can do better than to agree to disagree on those and I guess a lot of these quilting "discussions" are the same.
I had to laugh at this because I fal squarely in the second choice for all 4!

My sister and I have a motto - "It's all about the fun". If someone or something is stealing away our fun, it's stops being worth doing.

If every quilt I did was perfect, then I wouldn't have any stories to tell about it. ;D

That's another one of those topics. I see really cute pics of quilt inspectors and enjoy seeing them, BUT I don't allow my dogs in my quilting area. Our older dog sheds so much I swear it's up in the air. Everything would be covered in black hairs. I also keep them out of my kitchen for the same reason. My couch looks like a fur couch. It wears me out to vacuum it.

You're lucky there, poodles don't shed. I tell Bitty when I bathe her, she loses a chihuahua. LOL In 13 years there's been an awful lot of chihuahuas down my drain!
