    I requested a cat. several months ago and never received it. I hope you have better luck than I did.

    As I said back on page one, they do not ship prior catalogs. When you request a catalog, your info is added to the mailing list for the next edition to be mailed. They mail in bulk, in batches, not helter-skelter throughout the year. It's less expensive to do it that way and helps them keep their prices down. Mine just arrived yesterday, so don't give up hope yet.

    Most companies that send out catalogs have no control over the process at all. It is subcontracted out to a totally unrelated catalog company. Keepsake Quilting's catalogs come from somewhere in the midwest, not here in New Hampshire, and the store hasn't a clue what the mailing list status is at any point in time. Don't know if HoP has the same arrangement, but it probably does. They are in the fabric business, not the catalog business, after all.
