What fabric fixative do you use for ink intense pencils?

What fabric fixative do you use for ink intense pencils?
Where can you purchase the fabric fixative? I am new to this procedure and would appreciate any advice. I want to highlight some hand applique pieces. Do you iron it on after it dries? Thank you for your help!

Yes, you need to press it to set the ink. Don't need to wait until it dries. The heat helps dry it (just make sure you turn the steam off).
